SAMHSA Awards More Than $28.7 Million for Grants To Help People Transition From the Criminal Justice System to the Community (10/13)

SAMHSA announced that it is awarding more than $28.7 million in funding for up to 3 years to provide substance abuse treatment and related recovery support services to juvenile and adult offenders returning to the community from incarceration.

SAMHSA Awards More Than $8.2 Million in Community Substance Abuse and HIV/AIDS Prevention Grants To Help At-Risk, Traditionally Underserved Populations (10/13)

SAMHSA announced the award of five new grants totaling up to $8.2 million for up to the next 5 years to community-based organizations providing integrated substance abuse and HIV/AIDS prevention services to at-risk, traditionally underserved populations.
